01What is the minimum batch and rate?
The wholesale rate applies with steady purchases of at least 1 car per month. The exact rate depends on your average monthly volume — we will quote it on our first call.
02How do I become a partner and get auction keys?
Leave a request, we sign a contract and open your access to US auctions — you bid on your own with the lowest possible fees while we handle every car end to end.
03How are payments arranged?
Payments are made in whatever way is convenient for you, in full compliance with Ukrainian law. The exact payment procedure and currency are agreed individually before the contract is signed.
04Which route do cars take right now?
Currently most shipments go through the port of Klaipeda (Lithuania) — a stable, proven route. Deliveries through other European seaports and through Ukrainian ports (when routes are open) are also possible.
05Who is liable for transit damage?
Insurance is already included in the price of our services. If a car is damaged in transit, it is compensated in full under the terms of the insurance coverage set out in the contract.
