01What is the minimum batch?
From 1 car. Wholesale terms apply from the very first vehicle — the commission depends on your monthly volume, not a one-off batch.
02How do I become a partner and get auction keys?
Leave a request, we sign a contract and open your access to US auctions — you bid on your own with the lowest possible fees while we handle every car end to end.
03How are payments arranged, and in what currency?
The car price and auction fees are paid in US dollars; the service package is paid in euros or hryvnia at the current rate. The payment schedule is fixed in the contract before the first shipment.
04Do you work with European ports?
Yes — we receive and clear cars through European ports, including Gdansk and Klaipeda. Ask your manager for current routes and rates.
05Who is liable for transit damage?
Insurance is included in the service price, and any extra costs caused by us are reimbursed in full — both points are fixed in the contract.
